About the ZENITH Group.
Family-run. Locally rooted. Holistically minded.

Grown from experience.

ZENITH. brings together real estate, construction and interior design under one shared brand. Behind the Zenith Group are family-run companies with different areas of expertise, working together to guide projects from initial development to the finished home.

Our properties are marketed through Zenith Real Estate, while our construction projects are developed and realised by Kujundžić Gradnja and Kujundžić Cossmann Invest. AMAKU Interior Design is responsible for the individual planning, design and furnishing of the interiors.

Our experience in construction spans more than 30 years and has its roots in Germany. Today, we combine this expertise with in-depth knowledge of the Croatian market, contemporary architecture and high standards of craftsmanship and design.

Unlike traditional real estate agencies, we focus on our own and carefully selected projects. This allows us to know every property down to the smallest detail and provide our clients with personal and transparent guidance – from the first viewing through construction and interior design to the final handover.
